Having founded and directed a non-profit arts organization in 1995, I have cultivated extensive experience in most every facet of non-profit management. I took several years away from the workforce to concentrate on raising my three children, who are now school-age. Throughout my hiatus from paid work, however, I have maintained my involvement with the non-profit community, serving as an active Board Member at the Anti-Defamation League in Chicago. I am now spearheading J-STEM, an organization designed to channel Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics supplemental education programs to Jewish students in the Chicagoland area.
